This all depends on your location and problem. Because we have lower overheads, we can provide our customers with a better price than most other large competitors in Perth. Please call or enquire online for a proper estimate
We charge hourly for any ad-hoc onsite work and for some particular jobs we charge a flat fee to save you money. For jobs that are flat fee, you will only be charged for the amount agreed and never anything more.
No we don’t charge a call out fee, all our fees include travel time to and from your house or business.
We take cash, direct deposit, eftpos or credit card
There is a minimum 1-hour charge for visiting onsite. If we happen to finish before the one hour our technicians will stay with you and provide other valuable services and advice until
the 1 hour is met
Generally, we fix it within the same day, if it’s not the same day its usually next business day. We understand that in today’s day and age everyone relies on technology so we want to fix your issue as quickly as we can.
We don’t provide phone or laptop repairs, motherboard repairs, DC jack replacements (if soldered to the motherboard) or Apple Macbook screen repairs. Everything else we can do.
Our laptops and desktops all come with a standard 12 month back to base warranty. We also provide the option of a 3 year onsite warranty for desktops manufactured through Nerds 2 You or a 3 year back to base warranty for retail laptops. We also have the option of a 3 year onsite warranty for business grade laptops & desktops through the manufacturer Dell/Lenovo & HP.
No we don’t, we provide sales & service or just service options.
We sell home laptops/desktops/gaming computers & business grade laptops/desktops.
Yes we provide our services to residential as well as business customers. We also provide regular maintenance of laptops, desktops, workstations and servers
