There is a minimum 1-hour charge for visiting onsite. If we happen to finish before the one hour our technicians will stay with you and provide other valuable services and advice until

We take cash, direct deposit, eftpos or credit card.
No we don’t charge a call out fee, all our fees include travel time to and from your house or business.
We charge hourly for any adhoc onsite work and for some particular jobs we charge a flat fee to save you money. For jobs that are flat fee, you will only be charged for the amount agreed and never anything more.
This all depends on your location and problem. Because we have lower overheads we can provide our customers with a better price than most other large competitors in Perth. Please call or enquire online for a proper estimate.
Absolutely, if you refer anyone to us we will provide you with 20% off your next onsite visit. Just be sure to remember and we will apply the discount to your invoice.
We service all metropolitan suburbs North, South, West and East or Perth CBD including Perth City.

We will return onsite and fix it for free! There will be no further charge if the problem re-occurs.
If we can’t fix your problem onsite we will take your computer offsite, repair it in our office and return it to you all fixed.
No sorry, at this time we are provide onsite services and do not have a retail shopfront. We also find that most customers prefer someone professional come out onsite and fix their issue on the spot which saves time and stress.
Yes absolutely, all our products and services come with a 12 month warranty. Any items that fail within 12 months will be replaced under warranty free of charge.
